Then the fix.

The market is full of teams selling tech products. Very few can walk into a business, diagnose the actual problem, and take responsibility for the outcome — a stalled revenue line, a funnel that leaks, customers who buy once and vanish, an ops team drowning in manual work. That's the work we do.

We've spent over a decade building our own companies, so we know what works and what doesn't — mostly by getting it wrong first. It taught us to start with the basics, do them properly, and let the data decide what happens next.

    Diagnose

    A short engagement inside your business. We talk to the people doing the work, map the problem against the data, and hand you a findings-and-fix plan. Then you decide what to build — and who builds it.

    Fix the basics

    Most numbers are stuck for unglamorous reasons. We do the simple things properly first — that's usually where the fastest wins are.

    Ship fast

    Tight feedback loops. We build in weeks, put it in front of real users, and let the data tell us if it's working.

    Measure & adjust

    Collect the data, cut what isn't working, scale what is. Every loop compounds — that's how one fix becomes a system.

Whatever your number is — sales, sign-ups, margin, repeat customers, hours clawed back from admin — that's what we're measured on. If it doesn't move, we haven't done our job.
