The Role

This isn't a typical junior role where you'll be stuck doing one thing. As a Junior Digital Specialist, you'll be an all-rounder, a digital Swiss Army knife. You will be the engine room of the agency, working directly with the founders to deliver exceptional work for our clients and help shape the future of Gro Digital.

• Building & Deploying — Rapidly building and deploying websites for clients, primarily using platforms like Replit.
• Technical Setups — Managing DNS, setting up professional email accounts, and handling the technical plumbing of the web.
• Campaign Management — Assisting in the setup, management, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns.
• Client Support — Providing technical support and ensuring our clients' digital operations are running smoothly.
• Internal Innovation — Experimenting with new tools and technologies to improve our own workflows and service offerings.
